These Registration Terms (“Terms”) apply when you submit your information through any website, form, advertisement, or landing page to receive updates about 8 Main St. (the “Project”).

1) Eligibility and Acceptance

By registering, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, and that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).

2) What You’re Registering For

By submitting your contact information, you are requesting Project-related communications, which may include:

• updates, announcements, availability notices, and future invitations (if applicable)

• pricing, incentives, floor plans, brochures, features, and community information (if/when available)

• allow-ups by email, phone call, and/or text message (SMS)

3) Consent to Contact

By providing your information, you consent to be contacted about the Project by M5V Developments, its affiliates, and its appointed partners (which may include partner brokerages, sales agencies, marketing partners, and financing partners) using the contact details you submit, including by email, phone call, and SMS/text (including automated or pre-recorded messaging where permitted by law). Unsubscribe anytime: emails will include an unsubscribe option.

SMS opt-out: reply STOP (or as instructed in the message). Message and data rates may apply.

4) No Offer, No Reservation, and “Artist’s Concept” Disclaimer

Registration does not:

• Reserve a unit/suite or create any tenancy/purchase commitment

• Guarantee pricing, incentives, unit availability, timelines, approvals, features, or occupancy dates

• Create any binding agreement

• Any Project information shared is for general marketing and information purposes only and may change without notice.

• Renderings and visuals: All renderings, maps, images, and illustrations are artist’s concepts only, may not be to scale, and may not be strictly accurate. Actual views, finishes, layouts, landscaping, and specifications may vary and are subject to change.

5) Accuracy of Information

You agree that the information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge. If your contact details change, you are responsible for updating them.

6) Privacy, Sharing, and Service Providers

Your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You acknowledge that we may store, process, and share your information with our affiliates, and partner brokerages, sales agencies, marketing partners, financing partners, and third-party service providers (e.g., CRM, email/SMS platforms)…strictly for the purpose of the Project, providing updates, managing inquiries, and improving communications.

7) Cookies, Pixels, and Analytics

We may use cookies and third-party tracking technologies (such as the Meta Pixel or Google Analytics) to analyze traffic, measure campaign performance, and improve marketing. By using this site, you consent to this data collection in accordance with our Privacy Policy and cookie practices (where applicable).

8) Marketing Content and Intellectual Property

All Project content (including branding, renderings, floor plans, layouts, images, copy, and materials) is owned by or licensed to M5V Developments and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without written permission.

9) Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the site or forms (including submitting false information, attempting to disrupt site functionality, or using the forms for unauthorized commercial purposes).

10) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, M5V Developments will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your registration or use of Project information. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the minimum required by law.

11) Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will be posted on our website/landing page. Continued registration or engagement after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12) Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

13) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and any disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts of Ontario.
